Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "the Agreement," "these Terms," or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Member," "Player," or "User") and ph563 (hereinafter "ph563," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and features available at ph563.vip and any associated sub-domains or mobile interfaces (collectively, "the Platform").
By registering an account, logging into the Platform, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any wager on ph563, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. Eligibility and Age Verification
Access to ph563 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your membership:

Documents accepted for age verification include, but are not limited to, a Philippine government-issued identity card, passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension pending resolution.
Important: Providing false or misleading information regarding your age or identity during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. ph563 will void any winnings, close the account, and may report the incident to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities.
Account Registration and KYC Verification
To participate in real-money gaming on ph563, you are required to register an account. Registration is free and involves providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address.
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on ph563 at any time. Maintaining multiple accounts, whether under your own name or through the use of false identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

Account Security and Member Responsibility

You must not share your account credentials with any other person or permit any other person to access or use your ph563 account. All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. ph563 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security measures.
If you believe that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ph563 customer support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. ph563 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending resolution.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions
ph563 operates a Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) denominated wallet for all financial transactions. No currency conversion fees are charged by ph563. Any fees imposed by your payment provider (e.g., GCash, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, PayMaya) are the responsibility of the Member.
Deposits:
- The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash or PayMaya. Minimum amounts may differ by payment method.
- GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your ph563 wallet immediately upon confirmation.
- Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are credited upon receipt of cleared funds, typically within a few minutes to several hours depending on the sending institution's processing times.

Withdrawals:
- Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. ph563 does not permit third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.
- KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed.
- Standard account withdrawal requests are processed within the same business day. VIP account holders receive priority processing as defined by their tier benefits.
- ph563 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing pending fraud review, AML checks, or unresolved KYC requirements.
- In the event that a Member's account is found to hold funds derived from fraudulent activity, ph563 will withhold the relevant funds and cooperate with PAGCOR and law enforcement as required.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
ph563 offers various promotional incentives to Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms published at the time of each promotion:
- Bonuses are credited in the form of non-withdrawable bonus credits until applicable wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
- The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion specifies the total amount you must wager before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. This requirement is clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.
- Different game types may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are disclosed in the relevant promotion terms.
- Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of crediting. Any unmet wagering requirements and remaining bonus balance will be forfeited upon expiry.

Gameplay Rules and Game Fairness

Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph563 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, any related winnings forfeited, and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement agencies:
- Registering more than one account on the Platform under any identity;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification;
- Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
- Using a payment method that is not registered in your own name;
- Using the Platform in a manner designed to circumvent, exploit, or abuse any game, bonus, or promotional mechanic;
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence mechanism to play games or interact with the Platform;
- Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
- Introducing malicious code, viruses, or disruptive elements into the Platform's technical infrastructure;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph563 staff, agents, or other Members;
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or any other Member's account.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ph563 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, logos, game assets, text, audio, video, data compilations, and the overall presentation of the Platform — is either owned by ph563 or licensed to ph563 by its content and technology providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not grant Members any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of ph563.
The ph563 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are the exclusive property of ph563. Unauthorised use of ph563's brand assets for any purpose is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph563's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph563 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if ph563 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ph563 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous Platform availability but does not warrant uninterrupted access. ph563 shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, internet connectivity failures, or other circumstances beyond ph563's reasonable control. This includes — but is not limited to — force majeure events, acts of government, natural disasters, and telecommunications infrastructure failures.
Gambling Risk Disclaimer: Online gambling involves the risk of financial loss. ph563 is a platform that facilitates wagering — it does not guarantee any returns or profits. Members participate at their own financial risk. ph563 strongly encourages all Members to only wager amounts they can afford to lose.
Responsible Gaming

- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your ph563 account;

Account Termination and Suspension
Voluntary Closure: Members may request the closure of their ph563 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any outstanding verified real-money balance (excluding unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
ph563-Initiated Closure or Suspension: ph563 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
- Failure to satisfy KYC or AML requirements within a reasonable timeframe;
- Detected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion;
- Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or other competent authority;
- The Member's use of the Platform from a jurisdiction in which such use is prohibited;
- At ph563's operational discretion, with or without cause, subject to applicable Philippine law.
In cases of account closure resulting from a Material Breach by the Member (as defined in Section 8), ph563 reserves the right to withhold any balance and void any outstanding winnings pending investigation.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any questions regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts, unless otherwise required by PAGCOR's applicable regulations.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Members are encouraged to contact ph563 customer support to seek an amicable resolution. ph563 commits to responding to all formal written complaints within five (5) business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through the informal process, Members may escalate to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable procedures.
Dispute Filing: All formal complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and must include the Member's registered username, a description of the issue, the date of the relevant event, and the outcome sought.
Amendments to These Terms
ph563 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the ph563 Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where an amendment is material — that is, where it significantly affects Members' rights or obligations — ph563 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to registered Members, where practicable.
Your continued use of the ph563 Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
